Return and Exchange Policy VERASSERE SAS
1. Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with Colombian legislation, customers of VERASSERE SAS and www.verassere.com may exercise the "right of withdrawal," which allows them to return purchased products within 5 business days from the receipt of the order, without needing to justify their decision. This policy is supported by Article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011, which regulates consumer rights in Colombia.
2. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges of Products:
– Products must be in their original condition, without signs of use, opening, or damage.
– Products must include all original tags, accessories, and packaging in perfect condition to be accepted for return or exchange.
3. Product Return and Exchange Process:
– Customers wishing to request a return or exchange must contact our customer service within 5 business days after receiving the order. (See point 8 for Contact information).
– To process the return or exchange request, the customer must provide the invoice or order number and valid proof of payment.
– Shipping costs associated with the return or exchange of products will be the customer's responsibility, unless the product has manufacturing defects or was damaged during shipping.
4. Returns Due to Defects or Damage in Products: If the purchased product has manufacturing defects or was damaged during shipping, the customer must notify us within 5 business days after receipt. In accordance with Law 1480 of 2011, VERASSERE SAS will cover the shipping costs for the return and will offer a replacement or a full refund, according to the customer's preference.
5. Processing Timeframes for Returns and Exchanges of Products: We will process requests for returns or exchanges of dermatological products within a maximum period of 5 business days from the receipt of the returned product at our facilities.
6. Refunds
– Refunds will be made through the same payment method used by the customer for the purchase.
– Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after the return approval, in accordance with the provisions of Law 1480 of 2011.
7. Exceptions: In accordance with Colombian legislation, we do not accept returns or exchanges on perishable products, nor on those that have been opened or used, due to safety and hygiene reasons.
